Managing Teams in Change

Teams are the usual mechanism through which organisational change is implemented. METTA‘s Managing Teams in Change provides team leaders with an improved understanding of change processes and responses together with a range of techniques to help them motivate and manage a team of people charged with implementing change strategies.

Program Outline

Managers participate in a workshop based on the “Who Moved My Cheese” parable which is used as a catalyst for discussing how to manage change. Managers are then given a ‘train the trainer’ session on how to run this program for their teams. In practice the program runs over two half days together with two coaching sessions.
