Leading Change

Critical success factors in leading change:

Purpose Why the change is necessary.
Values The things that matter in delivering change.
Vision An expression of what the changed organisation will look like.
Strategy The specific plan to achieve this vision.
Stakeholders Key individuals or groups who must be engaged to ensure the change can occur.

Systems The processes used to execute change strategy.
Structure The organisation of resources to support the change.
People Individuals with the competencies, or potential, to fill.

People may elect to complete this program as a team or in a one-on-one coaching format. Both formats apply world class strategies to deliver the desired results.

How will participants benefit?

Leading change means creating opportunities to make conscious and explicit the things that really matter, creating a clear compelling direction for people to follow. The outcomes will increase the likelihood of an organisation realising the benefits of a change initiative by developing:

• Skills in articulating a vision and value statement and helping key stakeholders understand the reasons for change.

• A motivating sense of purpose for individuals to work as a team
Increased flexibility and impact in communication style.

A key outcome is for participants to build and communicate a change initiative within the wider context of organisational alignment.
